SPOKANE, Wash. – A two car collision on I-90 eight miles west of Sprague left a person dead Saturday morning.
According to Washington State Patrol, the fatal crash took place at around 5 a.m. when an 89-year-old woman drove eastbound down westbound I-90 and hit an oncoming driver.
The 61-year-old man from Ritzville was declared dead on scene. The 89-year-old was sent to the hospital and the crash is still under investigation.
