SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity and the cause of death of the woman
Janet Mann, 78, was killed as of a result of the hit-and-run on North Browne Street and West Main Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.
The cause of death was ruled as blunt force injuries.
