MOSES LAKE, Wash. – A SWAT incident ended in three arrests on Friday after a woman was taken against her will by three people, according to the Moses Lake Police Department.
On May 3, Moses Lake police said they were alerted to a report of a woman who was being held against her will at an unknown hotel room.
Moses Lake detectives were able to find the woman’s location and determined that the woman was in “physical danger.”
The Moses Lake Regional Tactical Response Team (MLRTRT) was activated, and backup was requested from the Kittitas County Special Response Team, Ellensburg police, and the Spokane SWAT team.
Spokane SWAT with the assistance of MLRTRT and Kittitas SPT, with cooperation from members of the Grant and Adams County Sheriff’s departments, were able to detain the suspects.
Moses Lake PD said three suspects were arrested as part of the investigation, and the female victim is safe.
The investigation is ongoing, and further information will be provided when it is available.
