WSDOT to hold community meeting on US 395 paving in north Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. – A community workshop to discuss an upcoming paving project of US 395 from Division to Wandermere Road will take place at Whitworth University this Tuesday.

According to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), the June 11 meeting will take place from 5 to 7:30pm at the Hixson Union Building Multipurpose Room.

Attendees will be able to offer input on the travel environment along US 395, including the needs of bikers, walkers and wheelchair users.

The input will be taken into account by WSDOT during the $14.9 million pre-design phase of the planned 2026 construction of the highway. Additional information on the project can be found here.
