Pullman has seen dramatic increases in COVID cases since the return of students. These cases have added to the data that shows Washington state as the top state for new COVID cases in the Northwest.
This has lead officials in Pullman and WSU to implement a 4 step plan to help reduce the COVID-19 cases.
