COLFAX, Wash. – A young man died in a rollover crash after he was ejected from his truck while taking a turn too fast in Colfax on Monday evening.
According to the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), Casey St. Clair, 25, was driving along Wawawai Pullman Road when he failed to slow down for a turn, causing him to flip his truck.
The 2004 F250 left the road and flipped several times before landing in a nearby field.
St. Clair was not wearing a seatbelt at the time and was ejected at some point during the crash, dying at the scene.
The WCSO said they believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
